Jon Dustin of Saco, system administrator of IT Network Services at the University of Southern Maine, was honored in June with a Professional Staff Divisional Excellence Award.

Stephen Martel, son of Roger and Patricia Martel of Saco, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y. He is a first-year student and is studying software engineering.

Marissa Kane Breton and Megan Nichole Hanson, both of Saco, were named to the spring dean’s list for the for the College of Arts and Sciences at Seton Hall University, in South Orange, N.J.

Navy Seaman Recruit Ashley B. Milliken, son of Linda A. Milliken of Saco, and Greg M. Milliken of Saco, recently completed eight weeks of U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Milliken is a 2002 graduate of Biddeford High.
