Sherrie Lee Daly-DeMeule

Sherrie Lee Ann Daly-DeMeule, 50, of Biddeford, died suddenly and unexpectedly Sept. 23, 2011 at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
She was born in Biddeford on March 19, 1961, to John Patrick and Lorraine Muriel (Croteau) Daly.
She was predeceased by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Kevin DeMeule of Biddeford; one daughter, Caitlyn DeMeule, of Biddeford; one sister, Cindy Petrin and her husband, Bob, of Arundel; two brothers, Tim Daly and his wife, Shirley, of Camarillo, Calif., and Ron Daly and his wife, Janet, of Lincoln, N.H.; and several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

Doris C. Potvin

Doris C. Potvin, 79, of Biddeford, died Sept. 22, 2011, at St. Andre’s Healthcare Facility.  
She was born June 2, 1932, in Biddeford to Onida “Leo” and Laurence (Morel) Cote.  
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Richard “Dick” Potvin of Biddeford; one daughter, Renee O’Neil and her husband, James of Biddeford; two sons, Richard (Chico) Potvin II and his wife, Angelique, of Biddeford and Jay Potvin of Saco; and four grandchildren.

Paul J. Lacy

Paul Joseph Lacy, 41, of Saco, died Sept. 19, 2011, of metastatic kidney cancer.
He was born in Providence, R.I. to Joseph and JoAnn Lacy of Saco.
He is survived by his parents; two sisters, Pamela Lacy of Old Orchard Beach and Josette Lacy of Saco; a younger brother, Joseph Lacy of Saco; and his best friend, Tom Glotzbecker, of Saco.

Fay Louis

Fay Louis, 94, of Saco, died Thursday Sept. 22, 2011, at York Manor in Biddeford.
She was born in Politsani, Albania on May 17, 1917, to Panayiotis and Evdoxia Goulis Gellati. She was educated in Albania.
She was predeceased her husband, Charles, and by one sister, Evelini Nashi.
She is survived by one son, Harry Louis and his wife, Joanne, of Saco; one daughter, Evelyn DeVellis and her husband, Dave, of Sandown, N.H.; one brother, Ilias Gellati, of New York, N.Y.; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Margarethe F. McDonald

Margarethe F. McDonald, 73, of Saco, died Sept. 25, 2011, at Southridge Living Center in Biddeford after an illness with heart disease.
She was born in Salzburg, Austria on Nov. 27, 1937.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, James A. McDonald of Saco; one son, Gregory A. McDonald of Texas; two daughters, Sandra J. McDonald of Alaska and Nichol D. Shea and her husband, Todd, of Lyman; and two grandchildren.
