George W. Dumais

George W. Dumais, 72, of Biddeford, died Oct. 10, 2011, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough after a long illness.
He was born in Biddeford July 16, 1939, to George and Ethel Susan Simpson Dumais.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Pearl S. Desrosiers of Lyman; one daughter, Susan Howe and her husband, Dennis, of Lyman; one son, Michael J. Dumais and his wife, Tracy, of Biddeford; one brother, Ron Blanchette and his wife, Christine, of Saco; a granddaughter and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Constance P. Dentico

Constance P. Dentico, 61, of Arundel, died Oct. 12, 2011, at Maine Veterans Home in Scarborough after an illness with pancreatic cancer.
She was born in Biddeford May 10, 1950, to Oliva and Jeannette Binette Perreault.
Survivors include her husband, Michael D. Dentico, of Biddeford; her mother, Jeannette Perreault Stanwood of Saco; three brothers, Albert Perreault and his wife, Rachel, of Saco, Roland Perreault and his wife, Cathy, of Waterboro, and Oliva “Ollie” Perreault and his wife, Deanna, of Waterboro; one sister, Rita Hebert and her husband, Ronnie, of Biddeford; one aunt, one uncle and several nieces and nephews.

Debra J. Boucher

Debra J. Boucher, 56, of Biddeford, died Oct. 13, 2011, at her home after an illness with ovarian cancer.
She was born in Biddeford Aug. 26, 1955, to John L. and Loraine M. Roberge Binette.
Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Tobie D. Bourcher of Biddeford; two daughters, Gina Yoho and her husband, Randy, of Biddeford, and Laurie Hale and her husband, Manny, of Biddeford; one son, Dustin Boucher of Biddeford; three sisters, Denise Langevin and her husband, Richard, of Biddeford, Cathy Rush and her husband, Benedict, of Arundel, and Michelle Binette Hamalainen and her husband, Simon, of Biddeford; two brothers, David W. Binette and his wife, Penney, of Biddeford, and John L. Binette Jr. and his wife, Doris, of Biddeford; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Forrest N. Gerry Jr.

Forrest N. Gerry Jr., 84, died Oct. 11, 2011, at Freeport Nursing Home.
He was born Oct. 3, 1927, in Biddeford.
He is survived by three children, son Forrest (Buster) Gerry III of Deepwater, N.J., daughter, Cheryl Mills and her husband, James, of Bellmore, N.Y., and Carol Radonis and her husband, Joey, of Centereach, N.Y.


Albert C. Letellier

Albert C. Letellier, 62, of South Portland died Oct. 8, 2011, at Maine Medical Center in Portland.  
He was born Nov. 21, 1948, in Biddeford, a son of Raymond A. and Gertrude (Hebert) Letellier. Mr. Letellier attended St. Joseph’s School, the former St. Louis High School and graduated from Biddeford High School with the class of 1967. He attended Gorham State Teachers College in the Industrial Arts Program and then the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard as a member of the apprentice program.
On Oct. 9, 1971, he married Winona Watts at St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church in Thomaston.
Mr. Letellier was employed at Maremont Corp before starting his plumbing career with Caron and Waltz in Portland. He then worked with AAA Energy Service of Scarborough, Downeast Energy in So. Portland and Thibeault Energy in Brunswick. He later owned and operated his own business, ACL Plumbing and Heating, eventually expanding into consultation and inspection services.
He was a member of the National Association of Oil Service Managers, past president of its Pine Tree Chapter and a member of the board of directors. He belonged to the Southern Maine Insurance Adjusters Association and was an affiliate of Maine Coalition of Home Inspection Professionals.
Surviving are Winona “Nonie” Letellier of South Portland; two sisters, Louise Walker and her husband, David, and   Estelle Brochu and her husband, Donald; and one brother, Robert Letellier and his wife, Sylvie, all of Saco.

Mary S. Lantagne

Mary S. Lantagne, 82, of Biddeford died Oct. 9, 2011, at Seal Rock Health Care in Saco after a long illness.
She was born in Biddeford on Aug. 23, 1929, the daughter of Frank J. and Christina Moniz Lawrence and was educated in Biddeford schools. She last worked at Data General in Westbrook, retiring in 1994.
Surviving are one son, Frank J. Simoneau and his partner Claudette Hokanson of Biddeford; two grandchildren, Matthew Hokanson of Concord, Calif., and Cody Simoneau of Biddeford; and two nieces.

Claudette J. Carter

Claudette J. Carter, 59, of  Hollis, died Oct. 9 surrounded by her family.
She was born March 13, 1952, the daughter of Robert R., Sr. and Marie R. (Gosselin) Giguere.  
Ms. Carter graduated from high school in 1970, a member of the last graduating class of  St. Louis High School. She went on to complete three years of college at the University of  Southern Maine. As an adult, she went back to school and earned an associate’s degree in computer applications technology at York County Technical College in 2001.
She played clarinet in the St. Louis Alumni Band for many years. She ended her working career as an administrative assistant at Fiber Materials Inc. in Biddeford, when she was forced to stop working in January due to illness.
She was predeceased by her parents.
Ms. Carter is survived by daughter, Jennifer Goddard and her husband Chris of Hollis; son Adam Carter of Hollis; five brothers, Robert R.Giguere, Jr. and is wife Priscilla of Arundel, Laurent Giguere and his wife Helen of Biddeford, John Paul Giguere and his wife Joan of Saco, Normand Giguere of Biddeford and Mark Giguere of Texas; and former husband Jerry Carter.
